It is a safety measure to know the type and concentration of the ingredients in any formula; pheromones in this context.

Evidently, there are no such details about Blues Eyes Pheromone. Maybe, I should term it fraudulent and a scam? Not yet till we conclude.

How Does it Work?

Research has shown that Pheromones are detected by the Vomeronasal Organ (VNO), located in the nasal cavity (the nose). As soon as the VNO detects pheromones, it sends the signal to the brain which is the center of all mental activity.

It is learnt that even small amounts of pheromones can cause stimulus of the women brain and thus significantly increase the wearer’s attractiveness to women.

It might interest us to know that people communicate chemically with each other all the time. Many are not aware of that.

The question now becomes if we produce our own pheromones, why do we need Blue Eyes

Reinberg conducted research into infradian rhythms where a woman spent 3 months in a cave only with dim lighting. Her sleep/wake cycle slightly lengthened whereas her menstrual cycle shortened suggesting that light affects menstrual cycles. However, this is a case study which means it lacks generalisability even more so as there are large individual differences with the menstrual cycle. On the other hand, Russell et al applied female donor's underarm sweat which has been combined with alcohol to the upper lips of female participants. The menstrual cycles of the participants began to synchronises therefore suggesting that pheromones act as exogenous zeitgebers. Pheromones are biological substances similar to hormones but are secreted into the air and then transmitted to other animals of the same species, or in this case humans, before being absorbed into their bloodstream. However, despite the sample size being small it was a well controlled single blind study meaning that the participants didn't know what experimental group they were in. McClinock and Stern provided further support for the study when they found pheromones in donor's sweat affected the recipient's menstrual cycles, therefore suggesting that exogenous zeitgebers have a regulating effect.…

The eyes, the heart, the brain all play an important role on attraction, but neurons communicate that sudden interest towards something or someone in the brain. Humans’ emotions are very complex because sometimes one cannot explain why and how they like or are attracted to someone. Thus, making it difficult to say that all people are attracted to the same thing. People might feel an attraction toward a similar thing, but the attraction is often determined differently in each individual because each individual thinks and expresses differently. In The Bluest Eye, the main character Pecola is a young girl, who lives in Lorain, Ohio during the 1940s. She grows up in a very abusive household, where she is verbally, physically and sexually abused by her mother and father. Specifically, her father rapes her and impregnates her. Pecola is also constantly ridiculed by her community and her family for being ugly. This same community has established certain standards for beauty. In order to be considered beautiful, an individual had to conform to the standards set forth by popular icons of the time period like Shirley Temple and Ginger Rogers. It was most desirable to have white skin, blond hair and blue eyes. Pecola did not fit this ideal, so she desperately prayed for blue eyes, in the hope that she could become beautiful and be accepted by society. Unfortunately, Pecola was unable to acquire blue eyes. True to her human nature, Pecola tried to improve her life but failed.…

The Axe body spray ad is a good example to target males who are small minded enough to buy deodorant because they truly believe it will help them get any woman they want. This applies to the peripheral cues by using a seductive woman to attract men and telling them if they wear their product they will “get more.” The advertisers of Axe are using sex to sell their product. In the 1940 's as well as present day, the media pushed on society an image of perfection and beauty. This image is many times fake, but the naive cannot deceive, and it can become an icon of beauty. If you do not fall within the image then you are ugly. In the book "The Bluest Eye," we witness the power that the media has on specific characters: Pecola Breedlove, Claudia and Frieda MacTeer. The icon of beauty at that point in time is Shirley Temple, a white girl with blond hair and blue eyes. She is also the first reference to beauty in the book. Claudia explains her feelings towards Shirley Temple by saying, "...I had felt a stranger, more frightening thing than hatred for all the Shirley Temples of the world" (19). Claudia is relating the hatred that she felt towards Shirley Temple to the envy she has towards girls who are beautiful like Shirley. Claudia herself knows that the media is trying to imply this image she says, "Adults, older girls, shops, magazines, newspapers, window signs—all the world had agreed that a blue-eyed, yellow-haired, pink-skinned doll was what every girl child treasured" (20). This idea is repeated repetitively throughout the story, the idea that blue-eyed is beautiful. Frieda and Pecola love Shirley Temple while Claudia despises her with envy. Pecola once goes to purchase some candies called Mary Janes, she is very intrigued by the blue-eyed, blond girl in the wrapper. The narrator tells us that Pecola…

The primary goal of this research is to find out whether the display of red by a female can increase her attraction to a male significantly. In this research, the researchers dis more observations than self-report is because self-report data have well-known limitations in comparison to direct observations of human behavior. We are finding some common reactions across species. Apparently, examinations of behavior represent a more direct test of parallels between human and non-human functioning with regard to attraction. For instance, if a man finds a woman attractive and feels desire toward her, he may not express it behaviorally due to shyness, fear of rejection, the presence of rivals, or a lack of receptivity cues from the woman. But he might still make the first move talk to the woman in a way which is quite straightforward and directly.…
