If Bob could see how he has slowed down in
Sales since he first started maybe it would give him the will power to improve.
And if Bob is maybe getting bored with the old techniques I could have him do more training to make sure he is up to par on all the training.

The strategies I would use to recruit a new member to the team is to job analysis so I can determine the exact nature of the position. If I know more about the position I could recruit the right new member.
