Breastfeeding Vs. Formula-Feeding

The speaker’s that impact me a lot is Joanna Farris and her story that is meaningful to me is that, she talks a lot about breed-feeding and how some women taught of breed-feeding VS formula feeding. They speaker talk about the importance of breed-feeding, how breast-feeding is healthiest for mom, how breastfeeding saves money, how breastfeeding is healthiest for babies, WIC provides good food and a whole lot more, how often should mothers breastfeed my babies, how colostrum is good for baby, how breast milk reduce the risk of obesity, diabetes, and other diseases, breast milk has all the nutrients your baby needs for proper growth and development, and breastfeeding also helps prevent excessive bleeding, helps you bond with your baby,
releases hormones to help you relax, breastfeeding creates a magical bond of love between mothers, babies, and families that lasts a lifetime. She also talks to mothers they way they can breastfeed their babies and she sometimes go to breastfeeding mothers house to check on them, how they are doing and their babies. She talks to pregnant women whether they want to breastfeed or use formula feeding for their baby, she also explain to pregnant women, who want to do breast-feeding but they are scare and she also encourage them to do breastfeeding. Not really, but I resonated with her, when she said she was far away from her families for her first job but now she is in Tennessee with her husband and children and she do get some days off to have time to spend with her families now,
