Brian Doyle's 'Joyas Voladoras'

"Joyas Voladoras" is very beautiful, author Brian Doyle uses many poetic words to describe the movement of the humming bird and whale. He then mentions about how humming birds' hearts are fragile and weak, which they burn out their life in two years. He then moves on to talk about the biggest heart in the world, whales' hearts. Their hears are enormous, they beat very slowly and that is why they can live for over two hundred years. Afterwards, he moves on to the humans' heart. He says that all living things are very similar, we all at least have a heart which creates liquid motion inside our body.
