Hercules also known as Alcaides was a greek son of Zeus. He was an Exceptionally strong young mortal.Hercules was the son of zeus,A greek god.Learning the talents and traits attributed to hercules helps mythology students learn.Hercules was the strongest man on the earth(HAM 290). He was known for his exceptional strength,even surpassing many gods. Hercules also had great courage and the ability to do anything in his will.Hercules got a curse put on him by Hera(HAM 320).Hera told Hercules he had to do all the twelve labors that he asked him to do in order to break the curse that Hera put on Hercules.The first labor was to kill the lion of Nemea,a beast nobody could harm.Hercules killed the ferocious beast with great confidence. The eleventh labor was the most difficult of all of the twelve labors. It was to bring back the golden apples of the hesperides(HAM 511).Hercules went through many obstacle courses and fought in a larger arena than what he was used to.Hercules had to fight against much older and stronger fighters in the arena.
