The hypothalamus is responsible for sleep, hunger, thirst, and sex.
The hypothalamus would trigger the girl’s senses when they smell pizza. They would eventually get hungry and their mouths would begin to get watery for a slice of pizza. Correspondingly then they would get thirsty and there is nothing like washing down a slice pizza with a cold beverage. The hippocampus in the brain is responsible for forming, storing, and processing memory whether it’s long-term- or short-term. The hippocampus is involved when they socialize about what’s been going in in their lives because the information they are talking about was stored in the hippocampus. It also can be associated with playing cards because you have to remember how to play each particular game unless you will lose the game. To conclude the hypothalamus triggers you to become or thirsty around food while the hippocampus helps you store and process
memory.
Overall all four of these sections in the brain contribute to going a friend’s house to play a game of cards, eat pizza and socialize. The Broca’s strongest area would have to deal with communication because that part of the brain is mainly for production of speech. The occipital lobe major role would be playing the game of cards to make sure you are putting down the right cards. But it also has other roles in eating and socializing. The hippocampus deals with them remembering events that have been occurring in their lives to speak on or just remembering the gossip around town. The hippocampus also helps them remember the rules of the game they are playing. Lastly, the hypothalamus triggers them to become hungry and thirsty when food is in their sight.
