1. People with partial or full blindness have residual vision called “blind sight”. Humans with blind sight have a sixth sense that makes them aware of a thing, an object or a person in front of them; where it is located and what color it is without consciously seeing it by using a visual process. There are individuals that lack the response in the emotional brain that triggers an unconscious emotion that allows you to recognize someone by facial recognition. Those that are without the unconscious emotional response can-not decipher if they know that particular person, these individuals are diagnosed with the neurological condition called capgras syndrome. The unconscious affect causes a person to see an impersonator of a family member or a friend and not as the actual person they are.
All five examples of evidence elaborate on Brogaard theory that your unconscious thoughts and emotions are part of your mind and or brain that you don’t realize is happening.
