It was a very interesting experience as most of what I knew about HIV/AIDS are from classes; Microbiology and Biology. It was an eye opening to know about these benefits, However after all the information I receive I became curious to why people refused treatment. He asked permission of a client he had to see right after me and they gave consent for me to sit in and asked question. The young man who is around 21 years of age explain that he refused treatment in florida because it wasn't private and that he had to do too much to get help. He explain that people from the department of health in Florida showed up at his house asking for him after his initial tested of positive. He then explain that when he goes to the health department in fort lauderdale, they were separate area with designated signs for people like him, so every one knew what he was there
