Along with this, the reviewing of existing policies and practices beside the strategic objectives of an organization aids the association to consider their future aims and objectives and thus makes plans accordingly. The stakeholders, either internal or external, of the company are the most important part of an association. They are the people, either individual or group, that show their interest in the association. It is very imperative for a business to involve their stakeholders in the process of decision making in order to attain the aims and objectives of the organization effectively. The strategies are as follows:

• Every stakeholder must be provided with complete, sufficient, and high quality information regarding the change management in an organization.
• Meetings should be organized between stakeholders and the management of the company.
• Get regular feedbacks and suggestions from the stakeholders, and must give value to those advices in the work.
