Q1: Explain (in 1 or 2 sentences) the term, “Scope of a Project”? Answer: | The scope of the project is the document that sets out the boundaries of the project, the responsibilities of each team member and how the completed tasks will be verified and approved. It also provides guidelines about how to make changes during the course of the projecT. It should also include those that are actively involved with the project, and the skills they bring into the project. It also includes input from other appropriate avenues such as community input.
