David Bailey Jr, Clint Branger, Mark Cain, Adam Carrillo, Gilbert Carrillo, Cody Custer, Jerome Davis, Bobby Delvecchio, Mike Erikson, David Fournier, Michael Gaffney, Tuff Hedeman, Cody Lambert, Scott Mendes, Daryl Mills, Ty Murray, Ted Nuce, Aaron Semas, Jim Sharp, and Brent Thurman. These bull riders put in one thousand dollars each to form the PBR, with a unified a vision that bull riding could be a stand alone event.
The PBR and bull riding is one of the fastest growing sports. Over one hundred million viewers tune in to watch PBR events, and almost two million fans attend PBR events every year.
Bull riders of the PBR are different other sports athletes because they don’t get paid if they don’t ride. Eight seconds at a time is tough way to make a living, but the prestige and honor that comes with a championship ride is worth the sacrifices every bull rider makes.
