Bullies And Backstabbers: Chapter Analysis
The information that will be discussed in my portion of Chapter 10 leading difficult people is a continuation of identifying two archetypes bullies and backstabbers. A brief discussion of how the seven rules for dealing with difficult people applies to approaching bullies and backstabbers. The chapter later goes on to discuss several methods that can be utilized to handle the malicious behavior of bullies and backstabbers and the three key points that will support those methods.
The examples of bulling and backstabbing in an institution:
Bullies are defined as arrogant or narcissistic individuals who enjoy power and are willing to beat or bulldoze anyone who gets in their way. They are considered to be credible and highly influential, and knowledgeable

Seven rules for Backstabbers: The second scenario applying the seven rules to backstabbers is similar, but has its issues because unlike bullies, backstabbers are anonymous with their hostility, but if they are identified the same process pretty much still applies: like assessing the situation, look in the mirror, befriend, unhook, set expectations, get help, divorce and still provide guidelines for constructive responses to inappropriate behavior.
Educational Theory Education theory is the theory of the purpose, application and interpretation of education and learning. It largely is an umbrella term, being comprised of a number of theories, rather than a single explanation of how we learn, and how we should teach. The theory that was displayed in this chapter was the Seven Rules for Dealing with Difficult People which was explained previously, in the essay.
