Matrix structure
Innocent drink’s organisational structure:
The organisation structure in which my business operates in is the matrix structure. The matrix structure differs from the repetitive vertical lines, meaning that workers usually work alongside colleagues, producing work together. Workers may even decide to organise a team to work on specific projects. The advantages of the matrix structure are the team will consist of a range of skills and experience.
Hierarchical structure
Hierarchical structures are large organisations. When a chart of the organisational structure of a hierarchical structure is shown, it reflects a pyramid shape. This is beneficial for staff to observe how they can work their way up the pyramid towards promotion.
Chain of command
The chain of command emphasises how the orders and instructions are carried out down the hierarchy from the senior managers to the shop floor works. A hierarchical structure is shown below to convey the chain of command.

Flat structure
A flat structure has much less levels of management. The span of control is much larger and as you can see below, it contains one owner and numerous staff, leaving the owner in charge.
Span of control
The number of subordinates a manager is expected to supervise. A wide span of control reduces expenses, but requires more management skill and may reduce effective feedback. A flat structure is a good example of a structure with a wide span of control. The flat structure has fewer levels as fewer levels of management. The
