External Data and Internal Data Information
Considerations
Managing a business takes a lot of decision making. You must look into many factors before making any moves. In chapter 8 we learn about the external and internal factors needed to help run an organization. For the external environment we look at economic, sociological, political, and technological factors. These are considerations or details about the community and company contributors that the company should look into. These are details that will help the company decide what is needed and what should be done to reach the company’s goal of tending to the people. I see as information that configures the number and statistics based on the society. For internal data and information which, is more for administrators and managers, supervisors and workers, we look at organizational purposes, mission, and philosophy, organizational planning, organizational operations, human resources, technological resources, and financial resources. The internal information is what puts it all together or, “does the math,” per say. It organizes what the main goal will be and what will be done to reach it. It looks into what can be done to put it all together and make it happen.
