Call Of The Wild Compare And Contrast

The book and the movie Call of The Wild are alike but also very different in ways. They have parts that are dead on the same and some that are way different from each other. In this writing I will talk about how they are the same and different. The likings of the two are dead on. In the book and movie Buck was kidnaped and was sold to be a mail dog. Buck was Judge Miller’s dog and was kidnaped. That was the main thing that was there that I saw. Another dead on alikeness is the antagonist of the story and the rival of the the two. Buck and Spitz fight for leadership the whole time they are on the sled team. Some of the differences are that in the book it never described what dog buck was. IN the movie it had him as a German Sheperd.
Also in the movie Purralt tried to stop Buck from killing Spitz. Another one is that Jhon Thorten was interdused first in the movie and also he had always wanted Buck. In the movie he saved Buck from being beat from Hal and didn’t know who he was at all. Also some chaeters in the book where not in the movie like Toots and chaets from the movie where not in the book like Charlie.
