resist movements that require full extension of the rear legs. They will show stiffness and pain in the rear legs after exercise . . . many dogs will become less willing to participate in daily activities" (Hip Dysplasia in Dogs: Diagnosis Treatment and Prevention, 2016) . With the dog charm as I was reading the file I could not find what the cause was for this dog getting canine hip dysplasia. I am guessing that the owners dog was having trouble for a couple of months because the last visit was some time in 2015 and they decided to come back to get a physical exam for their dog to see what the problem was. There were a lot of things in the file about charm like how he started too chew a lot but he was not just chewing on furniture or clothing he was chewing on hi own hind end. Charm would start to chew on his hind leg a lot his leg was really painful he did not like when anyone touched it. when the owner brought the patient in he told the doctor everything he needed to like how their dog was not putting much weight on his hind leg and how he would chew at his back leg and how it was difficult for him to get around like going up and down the stairs and getting up after taking a nap.
