EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Owning a car in Singapore has always been an expensive issue. This is because of the high price setting on Certificate of Entitlement (COE). As such, owners usually try to upkeep and maintain their cars for as long as they could. Majority of the people who owns a car lives in HDB apartment. The newer HDB apartment has a multi storey carpark built near their vicinity as well. Since most of them are working during office hours and are only available to send their cars for grooming services on weekends, we decided to introduce our one stop car grooming services to them.
It will be located at the Multi Storey Carpark itself offering any required services on a 24hrs and 7 days a week basis. Based on our surveys done, most of the residents welcome this idea. Convenient and no time restrictions were their top concerns. We also found out that having to drive and locate which petrol station offers car grooming services can be a tedious affair. As most of our grooming packages were carefully planned & tailored to suits their needs, we believe that they will be more than happy to sign up with our organisation. As grooming services are only recommended to be done twice a year, we make sure the products used are from the top range and no compromising is allowed. Making our customers happy and driving their car with a brilliant shine is our top priority.
INTRODUCTION
It has become very costly for an average resident in Singapore to own a new car or change a new car due to the increasing prices of Certificate of Entitlement (COE).
Certificate of Entitlement (COE) is a program implemented by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) to limit the number of car ownership awarded so as to optimize the traffic flow on the roads. Car owners have to bid for the right to buy a motor vehicle, COE allows holders to own a car for a period of 10 years. After 10 years, the owners have to either scrap or export
