PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PLAN

Introduction
This Performance Management Guide is designed to assist the staff and leaders of the Limousine Service to communicate about their performance. If Limousine Service continues to apply these guidelines in their organization, employees will know what is expected of them, their performance levels and recommendations for strengthening their performance. In regard to employee performance issues, the organization will use regular feedback and yearly appraisal of performance as they are the most effective tools. In terms of coaching and developing employees, performance reviews and development plans will be given focus, which helps them reach their full potential.

The principals that guide the company encompass reliability, customer satisfaction, and trust. The commitment of this company is to serve a repeated clientele with the demand of a limousine business, which exceeds in bringing memorable experience and entertainment unmatched to any other business. All the wishes and needs of the clients will be given superior attention. The hallmarks of our limousine service is performance that is on-time and reliable in a new clean vehicle with a chauffeur who is professional. BLS’s service is outstanding since it ensures that an individual sits back, relaxes and enjoys the ride of a lifetime.

In addition, Staff is given feedback on their performance levels. Talking of employee development, focus is given to growth of Staff and the recognition of individual performance. The organization also looks into optimizing the skills, knowledge, and abilities of their Staff members in order to attain mutual benefit. The human resource department of the organization will also look into planning issues to be able to utilize their resources. This will enable the organization to attain $50,000 annual net revenue (Telephone conversation). The plan establishes performance goals for a period of the next twenty five years that supports the objectives of the organization. The plan is going to look into ways of encouraging individuals to work in teams in order to strive for the continuous improvement and quality of the organization.
