As a great culinary role model Antonin-Marie Careme had the make of being a great leader of his time. He was once a very talented man. The passion and drive he had for his work continued throughout his various of pieces. Working for various kings and lords, he doesn't represent himself as someone that is better than anyone else. He treats himself as an equal regardless of his name recognition. His eagerness always had him ready to learn. He was a go-go getter a man with pure determination. He was a very confident man when it came to working in the kitchen, it is only when things became uncomfortable, especially dealing with other workers his confidence was not up to par. He always took it upon himself to leave problematic situation instead of confronting it.
