Description of the product: M&C carwash, Inc. was formed to own and operate a self-service car wash consisting of five self service bays and one automatic bay. The business will be located on Brgy. 5 Rizal Street Sarrat Ilocos Norte, east of the public market, Brgy 5, Sarrat town is the fastest growing township in the Municipality. M&C will develop a well-equipped, attractive, low maintenance, customer friendly car wash facility. The car wash will service the local community in an effort to develop a loyal base of repeat customers as well as draw new customers from the surrounding communities and attract the area's growing local and commuter traffic.
Comparison of the product with its competitors: M&C's competition within a 7 km radius consists primarily of several local, established, self serve washes. The jjj Car Wash is located within the main town., south approximately 6.5km from the M&C location. The competitors maintain only four-bay self service washes with no automatic tunnel. The jjj car wash is well maintained and has good front access, but has limited vending facilities and only three vacuums.
