1. List and discuss the advantage and disadvantage of purchasing a two-wheeled for each store to use for delivering Super Gyms.

The advantages of the purchase of a two-wheeled trailer are that clienteles may bring their Super Gym home securely, and the trailers might be used for merchandises. However, the disadvantage is that the trailer cost a lot of money, and can convert purchases of the Super Gym in a loss instead of a yield.
2. List and discuss the advantage and disadvantage of having a local trucking companies deliver the Super Gym from retail stores to the costumers.

The advantages of having a local trucking companies is that the Super Gyms can arrive to customers’ homes for a fairly low price. However, the disadvantage is also loss of profit for the company, they loss $40 of profit for each Super Gym sold. For only twice a week but no daily distributions will be possible.

3. List and discuss the advantage and disadvantage of stocking Super Gyms at the distribution centers, and then having truck that makes deliveries of Super Center to the retail stores also make deliveries of Super Gyms to individual customers.
The advantages of stocking the Super Gym at distribution centers and let them transport It to the customer is that KiddieLand doesn't have to keep the products in their stores, which decreases the logistics labor and lowers costs of holding a stock in their own store. However, the disadvantages are that there might be damage during the transportation. For example, every time that 18 wheeler try, they knock down a few mailboxes and leave truck tracks in some homeowner’s lawn.
