1) How would you describe the presenting problem?
Sarah is presenting some problems when it comes to following directions in school and other activities that she had previously participated in. In addition, she has a difficult time staying focus and being able to complete different task. When doing an activity, she quickly becomes bored and starts to “act out.” On the other hand, her mother and father recently divorced and she barely sees her father.
2) What resources might be available to help Sarah and her family?
Some resources that are available to Sarah and her family are family therapy to better the relationship with the father, for her parents parenting class. Another, resources that can be available
