Alexander Ollerhead
Thus far, Ms. Ollerhead has produced $43,432.14 in medical expenses which she relates are due to our accident of November 21, 2014. At the time of the accident, Ms. Ollerhead was 16 years old. She was the front seat passenger of the vehicle Ms. Cabral was operating.
After the accident, the plaintiffs were transported by ambulance to Rhode Island Hospital (RHI).

Cabral began a course of chiropractic treatment at Fall River Spine and Disc Center for a diagnosis of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine sprain/strain, headaches, right hip, ankle and elbow sprain, concussion, bilateral rib/flank contusion. It is unclear if she received these diagnoses here or elsewhere. Ms. Cabral made 26 visits over a four month period before she was released from care. By then it appears she was doing well overall with only occasional tightness in her neck. She denied any difficulty with her activities of daily living.
On December 5, 2014, Ms. Cabral saw sports medicine physician, Dr. Pierre d’Hemecourt for a follow-up of her pre-existing right hip pain. The record notes that before our accident, her right hip was greatly improving with 30-40% decrease in pain. It was also noted that Ms. Cabral was followed by spine specialist, Dr. Nehra, who appears to practice out of Brigham & Women’s Hospital. However, no records have been provided. Cabral returned to Dr. Hosley for a follow-up. She reported good benefits with her medication. Her headache had improved. Her issues with sleep deficits, memory function and concentration were resolved. Her EEG recording was normal .
In November 2015, it appears Ms. Cabral reinjured her right hip after leaning forward while seated on the floor.
Elizabeth Roberts
Thus far, Ms. Roberts has produced $6,147.84 in medical expenses she relates are due to this accident. Her alleged injuries include injuries to her back and jaw, bruised chest and ribs, sustaining a whiplash and concussion. At the time of the accident, Ms. Roberts was 17 years old and seated in the rear directly behind Ms. Cabral.
Ms. Roberts has a pre-accident history of two concussions. The first occurred in December 2010 with associated loss of consciousness. She had symptoms for 1 ½ weeks. The second in December 2011 without a loss of consciousness. However, she had symptoms for six weeks.
Swansea Ambulance records indicate that the Ms. Roberts denied any loss of consciousness or hitting her head. She only complained of neck pain which she rated
