By going over the facts of this scenario the main problem is that the counselors are taking items for themselves, that are supposed to be going to the needy and disadvantaged kids. Overall this problem will affect all the employees that took these items, which is most of them, will be fired. The people most affected by these actions are the children that are supposed to receive these item and be the counselors taking items for themselves the children won’t have as much to pick from. Personally this problem disgusts me that adults and mature people could take or do something that affects children. Overall I feel like what they are doing is very immoral and unethical and unfair for the children that are in need of these products. As a camp counselor and part of the camp staff I could directly see myself and identify the problem because I personally saw the other counselors taking item and even encouraged me to do the same. Overall having a direct relationship and directly witnessing the problem is the best way to accurately define the problem. It has opened my eyes to see that in any problem it's important to gather accurate information when making any decision. The other really important point I took from this model is to meet with a parties involved and discuss the problem and what can be done about it. I think this very important to implement in our societies because in these places people can come to some sort of understanding without having to get the police or government involved. This is especially true in the U.S. because whenever anything happens even minor stuff people are very quick to sue and can’t even stand to even look at one another. I believe that we could save a lot of time and resources if we are able to have these mediation session where people come together to discuss problems and solutions amongst themselves. Overall people really need to come together and understand other points of view and be able communicate well to avoid or deal with problems in a civil manner to avoid aggression and violence between parties in any
