Introduction
Express Inc., which was built by Jason in 1989, is a small firm major focus on import and export business. As the firm grew stalely and the competition became intense, Jason wants to renew his firm’s information system in order to provide better service to customers. Therefore, Jason came to ABC

Clarification of Misunderstanding
1. Misunderstanding of RAID Level 1. Since 0 – 5 level of RAID depends on the different balance between key goals in terms of reliability & availability, as well as performance & capacity. (Sakhnini, 2013, p14 – p16). I still recommend Jason to choose RAID 1, as it is the most common RAID level which be used in the society.
2. Misunderstanding of definitions. Register, RAM, ROM, cache, hard drive, and SD card have different functions. Register, which is part of CPU, performs very fast & small. RAM (random access memory) means it could be accessed randomly without pre-require. RAM also been known as the primary storage, since it is the only one could directly access to the CPU.
ROM (read only memory) is a type of memory that could only be read, means that it could not be modified. Cache is located in the CPU for the fast-used data. Both hard drive and SD card are secondary storage. Data
