I. PROBLEM
The purpose of this study is to develop the security management for the residents and to prevent the increasing number of crimes in Estrella Village, Guiguinto, Bulacan. In this community the number of crimes happened increased, it is due to absence of security, street lights, and security cameras. In the last four years, they had encountered numbers of crime such as hold ups, robberies, etc. at first, the victims are always ladies, particularly college students and workers, the suspects are commonly called “ride in tandem”, but not too long, another crime happened, but by this time the suspects are much bold, prepared and armored. They rip off all things in the house, and the family are all scared. This is when the authority started to make a move in order to get back and maintain the safeness of residents in the village. The lack of security is the main problem in the community.
What should be the steps of authority in order to prevent this kind of crime?
What are the things they can provide?
What are the rules that should be implemented?
These are the questions that should come up in their minds. It is important that we value the safety and security of the citizen in a given community. Several methods had been proposed in order to combat this.
II. INTRODUCTION
With crimes, robberies, and riots that happen anytime and anywhere, it is not surprising that police officers or guards cannot respond quickly every time something wrong happens in a community. Estrella Village, a subdivision, located in Guiguinto, Bulacan is not exempted to those problems that a community faces. There are cases of robbery reported that usually happens during night time.
