Chapmans Electrical is a business in West Midlands that has been around for 90 years; Chapman Electrical serves their customers electrical goods; Chapmans Electrical offer their customers a service (such as a Television Repair), products (like Home Appliances) and an installation service (such as Wi-Fi Home & Networking). Also, Chapmans Electrical sells their service, products and installation serve to their customers to the public; anyone can take part on what Chapmans Electrical has to offer for their customers (B2C – Business to Customer); Chapmans Electrical can sell their service, products and installation services to other businesses (B2B – Business to Business).

Moreover, if Chapmans Electrical was contacted by a customer with a telephone; Chapmans Electrical would answer the call at least 10 seconds or 4 rings. Also, if a customer had contacted Chapmans Electrical for a complaint regards to their product not working; the customer would like to take actions for the product like getting a refund or getting an exchange for the product.

Finally, when Chapmans Electrical is occupied with dealing with customers for their issues; they would be professional and support the customer on the issue. For an example, if a worker from Chapmans Electrical was sent to a customer’s house to set up a TV; the customer would pay the Chapmans Electrical for the worker to set up the TV. However, the worker will be professional, helpful and friendly for a Good Customer Service, as the worker will set up the TV by being professional, helpful and friendly. Also, the customer will have an appointment and specific time for the worker to come and set up the TV; the worker will go on time for the appointment to set up the TV. Furthermore, if the worker does set up the TV by going to the customer’s house; there will be fewer complaints as its optional; this will make sure customers will keep returning to Chapmans Electrical and continue to purchase the service, products or installation service of Chapmans
