Introduction
Aging is a natural phenomenon that everyone experiences it when they reach the old age. During this time a lot of health problems usually arises. One of this is the brain function begins to deteriorate which leads a person to loss his cognitive abilities and can’t think rationally and this is what we called Dementia. Along with this health condition some problems arises too, they tend to have more likely to suffer depression as they were brought to the healthcare facility, they have a new environment and/or cannot cope if tragic events arise in their past life.

Nevertheless, her current condition which leads to her confinement on the said facility is due to dementia, she also grieves too much when his husband passed away 4 years ago that leads her to depression. Conferring into her folder, she can still manage to do things independently like eating by herself she can still do toileting, walking with the aid of a walker. Conclusion
Clients with Mental issues requires a lot of patience and understanding. It will cause psychological trauma and social problem both to the client and the family. Everyone is affected, worried about the changes that will happen as the disease progresses. Nevertheless, the family must show empathy to the client to sense that she is not an encumbrance and can still live a normal life. If the client is transferred to a care institution, health care provided must show compassionate to him/her to easily adopt the place easily. The support needed must be given straightaway.
