Case Study: Gainesville Real Estate Center
1. When first viewing the sales kit my first impression of the property is that it is a small close knit property. This means that it is neighborhood friendly.
2. This property markets people living in Southeast part of Gainesville, mainly Lincoln Estates.
3. This property does not provide a virtual tour of the whole property.
4. This venue does not include guest rooms.
• This venue has 10 different rooms.
• There are no room rates for the rooms at the venue.
• There are no room blocks at the property.
• The 10 rooms include an administrative office, game room, k-1st classroom, 2nd-3rd classroom, 4th-5th classroom, library, two outreach offices, dance room, and computer room. Each room does not include any type of rate.
• This property is open

8. Since this is an after school facility, there is really no need for any technical or audiovisual. Instead, they have one television and 3 desktop computers.
• The television is used for any leisure time given to the children. The three desktop computers are used for administrative use. A program called visions is installed in one which allows you to check in the children and also register their membership.
9. This property does not interfere with the event planner for any events.
• When using the facility, the event coordinator has a planner which makes it easy to have no type of interference.
• There is a direct contact for this facility, this is mainly used for individuals who would like to use this facility for volunteering purposes.
• Volunteers contact the outreach director who facilitates when individuals or groups can come. Usually they are set apart to different facilities, since the southeast location is not the only one.
10. When volunteers come in and volunteer at the facility they receive a couple of complimentary items.

15. The person in charge of the property and the also the contact for the property is the Outreach Director.
• Before approving anything he/she has to make sure it is approved by the Site Coordinator.
• This tells me that this property knows how to delegate different work tasks and still have an upper head to go to.
• This means everyone has a direct contact and shows that there is an actual process.
16. Usually on the website, they post pictures of events.
• If a lot is not on the website their Facebook page has a lot of information and photos which can describe the kind of events.
17. There is not usually a list of past groups.
• Usually the same groups come back and either have their events or volunteer.
• Other come due to word of mouth.
• A lot of the people who conduct events or volunteer at the facility really enjoy coming back because of location and the outcome.
18. After going through the sales kit my idea of the property hasn't really changed. There are not a lot of facilities like this one around that allows for a neighborhood to get together.
