Susan's initial solution of "One-Minut" video is a typical "Technology-Centered Approach". During her project, none of the student had chances to gave feedbacks for the instructions. In my opinion, the most important stakeholders in any academic activity is always the students. No matter it is face to face courses or online courses, the student success should be the top goal of any strategy plan. First of all, Mount Lee's TIMPC's goals are based the Science of Instruction. From Mayer's words, the science of instruction involves the creation of evidence-based principles for helping people learn (Mayer 29). Technology is a great tool for student learning and faculty training when it be used properly. From the three TIMP principles, Susan’s instructional plans has the ability to help these faculty members to create more online courses. But Susan does need to prove her instructional design can increase the online courses enrollment rate of Mount Lee Community College.
