Directors who happen to work for more than forty hours in a week as demanded by law are entitled to compensation. This has to cover the amount of time and effort they have used to serve the organization or state agency to the best of their knowledge. Despite such directors being under the excluded job category, they still have to be paid for their services for having worked for extra hours. These directors, just like other categories of excluded employees are entitled to pay for having exceeded the weekly limit of forty hours. The Florida administrative code holds that the directors qualify for this form of compensation since they have invested their efforts and time for the agency. The agency is liable to pay these directors the required compensatory amount for the additional working hours performed by them in which they have worked for the development as well as the betterment of the agency and its procedures. Directors at the state agency qualify for overtime compensation based on the uniqueness of…

With 46.4% market share in the U.S., we pride ourselves on the ability to take only the finest ingredients and produce world-class beer. Anheuser-Busch has strong brand awareness and loyal consumers. With that said, we face the challenge of potential loss in market share due to an increase in craft breweries and changes in our consumers taste.…
If Mary damages a client’s hair she would be held liable. According to our textbook, Mary would cause injury to the plaintiff. Mary was to provide a duty of care to the customer. She breached this duty of care “failure to exercise care or to act as reasonable person would act (Cheeseman, 2010, p. 81).” The reason I state, that is because the customer trusted Mary with their hair and she damaged the client’s hair. As long as Celia and Mary register their boutique name with the United States PTO in Washington, DC, and the PTO approved it, there should not be any legal problems. If Celia and Mary decide to offer…

The 1975 Pittsburgh Steelers is known as one of the best football teams in NFL history. This was a very scary team with a very crucial defense and a very elite offense. This insanely talented team was run by Chuck Noll. Chuck Noll won 4 Super bowls from 1969-1991. Noll began his head coaching career with Terry Bradshaw and Joe Greene on his football team. On defense there was the Steel Curtain, which consisted of Mean Joe Greene, Dwight White, Ernie Holmes, and L.C Greenwood. Only Joe Greene and L.C Greenwood were pro bowlers. Also, on defense was Jack Lambert at middle linebacker alongside of Jack Ham. Both linebackers were pro bowlers. And in the secondary there was Mel Blount. Also, a pro bowler.…

This is a really tough decision and the mind is constantly changing against to the conclusion. But after a thorough consideration, I don't think the team should race this time. John should get more data and information for the engine failure until he decides to race again for the next season. There are numerous ways to decide to race or not for John Carter when it comes to decision making. He can make the decision based on either his fellow chief mechanic Tom's view, or the engine expert Paul's assumption. However, regardless either way, the conclusion should be reached by some sort of quantitative analysis.…
