A. DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY

A.1 Name of the Company:
Kit Mühendislik Makine İnşaat Şirketi (KIT Engineering Machinery and Construction)
A.2 Location of the Company:
All departments of the KIT Engineering, factory, management offices and R&D offices, are in the one factory (750m^2 indoor) which is located at Keresteciler Organized Industrial Region. Full adress of the company is, Keresteciler Organized Industrial Region, 1th St. No:16 Saray-Kazan/Ankara.
A.3 Organizational Structure of the Company:
A scheme describing the organizational structure of KIT Engineering is given at Appendix F.1
A.4 Employee Statistics of the Company:
Total of 25 people currently employed in KIT Engineering. Distribution of employees between departments, experience of empoyees and educational status of the employees are given in the graphs and numbers in the Appendix F.2. As the statistics in Appendix F.2. implies, it can be said that vast number of the employees in KIT

C.2.1 Threaded + Socket Welded Reduction Coupling*
1) ASTM A105 grade steel material purchased with cylindrical pipe shape with outer diameter of 76mm and inner diameter of 25mm. Length of the material could vary according to the number of the parts desired.
2) At CNC turning machine, the side not to be threaded and inner diameter are machined and become 74mm and 27mm respectively.
3) Before threading, the side to be threaded is machined up to diameter of 56mm.
4) After that, threading is performed up to length of 30mm.
5) Socket welding side is machined to 33,4mm.
6) The coupling is ready for assembly to use in the project.
