Case Study Of Modified Loan Modification
Modified Loan
If the loan was modified, view the modification documents in LPS Imaging. If RCS modified a loan, the documents should be under Default\Loss Mitigation\Loan Modification folder. If the prior servicer executed a modification, the documents should be under either Acquisition\Default or Origination\Modification Agreement folders. If the modification is not located in those two areas, it is possible that the documents are imaged; however under the wrong area. Review any other document folders to locate the Modification Agreement. If the Loan Modification cannot be located, open CIT 349 for the Collateral Department to locate the original Loan Modification document from the collateral file held at the custodian. Include instructions

One part of chapter 8 that I found interesting was the conversation between Jack and Betty about buying a new and nicer house. Du Bois states, “The price was high. The bank to which Jack applied refused a mortgage loan.” (Du Bois 110). I found this especially interesting because of my family history and housing. First my father’s parents were denied a mortgage loan on the house they now own. Although my grandparents were turned away, they decided to save their money for the next two years and offered to pay for the house in cash, luckily it was still on sale. After two years of being for sale, naturally the price went down, but my grandparents paid for the house for more then what was asked the second time around because the man was so stubborn. When they offered to pay in cash, that day, the man acquiesced.…

Union officer William Tecumseh Sherman observed to a Southern friend that, "In all history, no nation of mere agriculturists ever made successful war against a nation of mechanics. . . .You are bound to fail." While Sherman 's statement proved to be correct, its flaw is in its assumption of a decided victory for the North and failure to account for the long years of difficult fighting it took the Union to secure victory. Unquestionably, the war was won and lost on the battlefield, but there were many factors that swayed the war effort in favor of the North and impeded the South 's ability to stage a successful campaign.…

In October of 2013, 65.9 percent of high school graduates enrolled in college compared to the previous year of 66.2 percent (Bureau of Labor Statistics). However, in recent years many high school graduates are finding themselves hesitant on deciding whether or not to pursue higher education. Although this can be due to a variety of reasons, I set out to discover one in particular, the alarming cost of student loan debt. Each year the rise of student loan debt has become an increasing concern for prospective students because of the growing pace of college costs and reliance on loans to finance these costs. As a result, the rate of defaults is also increasing among students due to many loans going unpaid. Although there are various types and…
