Compare with past, Ping Anchorage Company has offices in Kuala Terengganu, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Kota Bharu, but the company had changed the market development strategies to market penetration strategies which is left main office at Kuala Terengganu. Ping Anchorage had increase the current market share by increasing the patronize rate of present customers. As an example, Ping Anchorage had more focus on the niche market in Terengganu which is promote the nature, people, culture and heritage of Terengganu by introduce some eco tour package such as Kenyir Lake, Redang Island, Perhentian Island and Kapas Islands.
