She then had radiotherapy and finished her treatment by the end of 2009. She quoted after vigorous rounds of treatment, “Your blueprint of yourself just goes. I lost my hair and my eyelashes, I gained weight and I looked like I had cancer. I did not feel desirable. It was a horrible time.” Through hallucinations, hair loss, aching veins, and tired eyes, she kept fighting. She was determined to kick the cancer out of her system, and in 2010 she did, she was finally free! She went back to the doctor and found out she had three cysts due to the reconstruction. She dismissed it as nothing and carried on with her life. A few months later, she started to notice a pain in her chest but the doctor told her she was pushing herself too hard.
