The long term goal I have come up for Pamela is that she will display a decrease in anger management at 75% of the time. The first short time goal that Pamela will work on is to improve behavior management skills daily. Her intervention for this goal is having the counselor assist Pamela by identifying positive strategies to help deal with improving behavior issues. Counselor will also educate Pamela on improving behavior management skills through modeling, role play and worksheets. Also, Pamela will be assisted by the counselor with positive responses to manage behavior management. The second short term goal that Pamela will work is to develop and learn age appropriate social skills with family and peers weekly. The intervention for this goal is that the counselor will make possible open communication session with Pamela and family to help assist in developing positive safe social skills with family and peers. Counselor will make possible to develop appropriate strategies used to demonstrate respect and honesty towards peers and family therapeutic activities and role play. The third short term goal that Pamela will work on is not to be verbally aggressive towards family and peers daily.
