REACTION ABOUT CASHFLOW 101 by JERRY LEE:

Cashflow 101 is an educational tool in board game format designed by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad), which aims to teach the players concepts of investing by having their money work for them in a risk free setting (play money) while simultaneously increasing their financial literacy and stressing the imperative nature of accountability.
There are two stages to the game. In the first, "the rat race", the player aims to raise his or her character's passive income level to where it exceeds the character's expenses. The winner is determined in the second stage, "the fast track". To win, a player must get his or her character to buy their "dream" or accumulate an additional $50,000 in monthly cash flow.
In place of “score cards”, there are financial statements. The game requires the players to fill out their own financial statements so that they can see more clearly what is happening with their money. It generally shows how assets generate income and demonstrates that liabilities and 'doodads' are expenses.

It was a really great opportunity for all of us to experienced this cashflow 101 seminar wherein everyone was blessed to be more knowledgeable, to understand and to see the real life scenario that transformed into a game-board in a very low and affordable fee... It served as an open eye for me to work and think hard of the things to become wealthy (the number of days that I can live without sacrificing my lifestyle).
A salute to all the people behind

The story of the book started when Larry Gamboa first read a book entitled Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyoski. The book made him realized that he could do a lot of things regarding wealth and how to create it. After he read the book, he was really itching to play a game called Cashflow 101 because Robert Kiyoski mentioned it in his book. So he asked someone to arrange it for him. There he met Dinna Lynn Revilla, his mentor and role model. Dinna was some kind of famous in applying the principle she had learned in the game by going out and actually invest to some properties. Larry humbly asked Dinna if she could teach him how to apply the cashflow 101 in real life. A few days later, Larry met Dinna at her office, right there and then they started their journey as a student-mentor relationship. Over a few months, Larry kept consulting Dinna about business matters. Then, they started to look for properties and then came upon obstacle after obstacles. After sometime, they found the Union Bank auction flyers. Dinna asked him to go to several properties the following day, so Larry did and found a five-door apartment for P1.7 Million. Larry made a bid and won, he paid P20, 000 show money and went to the place. Larry asked Dinna’s brother to fix the whole thing for only P35, 000 but since Larry did not want the property, they came up…
