Castles: War In The Middle Ages
Even though fighting for protection, War in the Middle ages was sad and emotional. People start to die so the Population goes down. Castles are protected by barriers but is that enough? Also a lot of invaders attack castles. In the progress a lot of knights die.

Weapons to attack castles are canons which are sometimes fireballs,rocks or bombs. They also use crossbows with are an advanced type of arrow. They did not have guns back then so they went all out with swords and shields. Also they had rams back then. No no not the brand Ram. Ram was a big wooden wheel carts with usually a big point spear and go all out on the castles.

Protection for castles is very important in the middle ages, because a lot of kings wanted to conquer land. The

Armor was used to cover both the knight and his horse. Another weapon that was used while riding the horse was the lance. This was a 9 to 14 foot pole made of wood with a steel tip. It would be used to unhorse enemies. Scale armor was one of the earliest forms of armor made from bronze, iron, leather, and even bones. The problem with this type of armor is that knights were not able to maneuver while riding on their horse. This problem was fixed with the later invention of chain mail armor.
