Causes Of Daisy's Downfall Of The Great Gatsby
Fitzgerald’s character Gatsby makes decisions to lead to his dreams. It was a question of why Gatsby lived in a mansion in East Egg until Fitzgerald says” Gatsby bought that house so Daisy would be just across the bay” (83). Gatsby seems like he will adequately do all that it takes to at least see Daisy again. She had been his fundamental priority for the last years of his life, he has not stopped deliberating about her. Furthermore Gatsby has parties, weekly and just lets anybody come in hope of Daisy's arrival and Fitzgerald explains this, “ I believe on the first night I went to Gatsby’s house I was one of the only guests who had actually been invited”(45). Gatsby goes out of the ordinary for Daisy to possibly show up. He appears to be
a patient guy who waits to get what he wants and strives for. All of Gatsby's decisive steps to one day seeing Daisy is straightforwardly because he loves her.
