Most of us can agree that technology has played a pivotal role in our lives and persons around us as well and can come to appreciate all of its works and creations. These persons who are owners of cell phones can testify that they are great inventions that has become so useful to us all in many ways. In a nutshell, there are many things you can do on a cell phone and for that reason we have simply become addicted and also too reliant on them. If people paid attention to the road rather than their phones while driving, there would be fewer crashes—and fewer costs that insurers must cover. Notwithstanding, we should be able to distinguish if people don't give up using their cell phones while driving the number of fatalities on the roads will still increase. Although, it is the responsibility of the people of the nation to not incur their own and others people's lives, implementing and enforcing laws nationwide should decrease the amount of individuals involved in using their cell phones while driving and causing these types of accidents all together. Since the evidence suggests that all-driver bans on cell phone use have resulted in long-term reductions in cell phone use while driving, and drivers in ban states reported higher rates of hands-free phone use and lower overall phone use compared with drivers in non-ban states I can clearly say that these bans should exist
