During his journey, the hero was detained by Calypso, a sea nymph who lived alone on a lush, mythical Island. In regards to my dream, I might not be able to study outside Kuwait due to cultural boundaries. Being a woman is also a factor that might cause the people in our society to be judgmental. Although we’re in the 21st century,people all around the world still view a woman as a human being that is weaker than a man. After Odysseus left the island, Calypso died from grief. The hero sends some of his men to scan the island. Those men ate the Lotus Flower and immediately got addicted. They got tempted to stay on the island forever and forgot about everything and wanted. I might get tempted to stay and study in Kuwait. Although studying outside Kuwait will be an amazing experience, It is also very agonizing.
