Few years back, it was a path by trees now it is an institution blooming with its growing number of students. Formerly was named Northville Integrated School located at Phase 1 Calulut, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The school administrator was Mr. Ariel D. Garcia now known as Northville High School under the supervision of Mrs. Lyn M. Esguerra. Northville High School is exactly located at Northville 14A Malpitic, City of San Fernando, Pampanga it focuses on its strong vision, mission, core of human values and excellence. During the year 2010-2011, Northville Integrated School started its operation with 3,422 enrollees for elementary and high school level with 12 permanent teachers, 8 LSB teachers, and 6 contractual teachers. With the support and assistance given by the City Mayor Hon. Oscar S. Rodriguez, the school then started all its remediation from learning facilities, teaching instructions, intervention programs.
Last School Year 2011-2012, there were a total of 4,539 enrollees and 1,427 of them were high school students. Through the help of the local government and their utmost intention to meet the needs for “Education for All” the separation made possible. Northville High School was transferred to its new site with 16 newly constructed classrooms. Classes were divided into 2 shifts, first and third year levels were having the morning shift, while second and fourth year levels were on the afternoon shift. With the vast number of enrollees with 1455 students who came from the poorest of the poor with 39 teachers, 1 principal, and 1 eco-aide. Under the leadership and supervision of Mrs. Lyn M. Esguerra, the school initiated improvement in its programs, policies, students and teacher management.
