Finally, this chapter discusses how committed relationships to be important to develop successful relationships. In this chapter I learned that through healthy and unhealthy relationships with others fulfills ones inner needs that plays a crucial role to our health. Having a positive healthy, according to the book by Donatelle, are 50% are more likely to survive over time than those who are involve in a negative relationship. I also learned that being involve in a negative relationship can affect how the bodies immune system functions and more likely to deal with stress and anxiety. Acknowledging signs of a negative relationship and committing to changing behavior can offer an opportunity to save a relationship. Lastly, reading about this chapter I also learned about that great communication, recognizing my sexual identity, leads to satisfaction in sexuality.
