This TV series has multiple characters is the same category that fall under two different literary archetypes. These characters can also be known as the list of names in the book that Oliver’s father had given him. Some names that Oliver runs into on the list can be deceiving and hidden like the trickster, or they can be very dangerous like the witch. The tricksters through the series give Oliver Queen a lot to think about because they always come at him or his family out of nowhere and he has no clue who they are. Another literary archetype in this series that The List can fall under is the witch. The witch represents someone very dangerous, and the whole list of names in the book is very dangerous and powerful. They give Oliver a lot to worry about at times. Especially when they are trying to go after and kill him instead of him going after and killing them which he is used to. Although Oliver may struggle sometimes, he has someone who helps him and gives him input and personal thoughts on what he thinks Oliver should do and this someone is John
