Chasing Liberty and First Daughter
Andy Cadiff and Forest Whitaker have directed two movies that were filmed at different studios but with the same concept. Chasing Liberty and The First Daughter are similar themed films that can be compared.
Chasing Liberty and The First Daughter are about two young girls that feel trapped in the White House by their father’s Secret Service Agents. They want to discover who they are and what they want in life, and unexpectedly fall in love with undercover secret service agents who were hired by their fathers to keep an eye on them.
In Chasing Liberty, Mandy Moore plays the President’s daughter as Anna Foster. She is an eighteen year old girl, who feels trapped in the White House by all the Secret Service Agents. They end up traveling to Europe to have a little fun, while trying to get away from reporters. She falls in love with Ben until she finds out he is an undercover secret service agent working for her father. She goes to London and visits Ben falling head over heels, with a happy ending.
In The First Daughter Katie Holmes plays the Presidents college-bond daughter as Samantha Mackenzie.
