• After 10/21/2014, Ms. Ojeda received six weeks of Radiation treatments from Monday through Friday, following three months of Chemotherapy; five days a week all at Kaiser Permanente, Riverside, CA. Following the treatments about that same time, she had an Ileostomy performed to the right side of the abdomen.
• On 4/24/2015, Ms. Ojeda’s personal
physician, Michael S. Tam, MD and Oncologist Sherry X. Hsu MD surgically removed the cancerous tumor at Kaiser Permanente, Riverside, CA and hospitalized for six days to control the pain level.
• After her surgery, Ms. Ojeda claimed she was bedridden for four months consecutively and was only able to get out of bed to use the restroom.
• During the months when she was bedridden, Ms. Ojeda claimed she became depressed because of the constant abdominal pain from the surgery and the Ileostomy Bag. Her eating and sleeping habits were adversely affected caused by her depression.
