Characteristic of Growth Firm
In a firm there are several characteristics of growth firm which are Fastest Growth, The Quality of Corporate Culture, Focusing on Expanding Marketing Strategy and Adopted Changed on Technology, Using the resources, Opportunity Seeking and Grads It, Good Reputation of an Organization Image Quality Services and Entrepreneurial Leadership of Style of Leadership. In addition, there are characteristic growth in Mofad Printing company get an opportunity seeking and grads it, entrepreneurial leadership of style of leadership, and focusing on expanding marketing strategy.
Characteristic of growth firm, Mofad Printing in opportunity seeking and grab it are much better. At the first, Mofad Printing had having a problem to get a chance to collaborate and be known now it changes. Mofad printing is now more reliable when it started got a chance to collaborate with Northern University of Malaysian (UUM) in the department of academic affair for the academic handbook. As a result of chance and trust by the university, Mofad Printing move forward looking for opportunities to expand the business through an agent. Mofad Printing collaborates with many agents to get tender. Now the tenders received Mofad Printing almost around in Malaysia and most tender come of hospitals in Malaysia.
Besides, leadership spirit by Encik Azman in Mofad Printing should be proud. Encik Azman has good entrepreneurial leadership in himself and also toward his employees. Encik Azman never shown given up although many difficualties has been faced while startup until growth the business. Encik azman always had a dream to make Mofad Printing successful in business nowadays. Furthermore, Encik Azman as a leader in Mofad Printing never neglects his employees in companies even considers they as his family. In order to strengthen growth of company, Encik Azman will spend once a week to sit down and talk about the journey Mofad Printing along one week. All the problem and task
