Introduction:-

W L gore is one of the impressive manufacturer of advanced technological products like fabrics, electronics and various industrial and medical products. The company was founded in the year 1958 and today it operates in more than 30 countries having its various offices all over the world. As per the annual report of the company in 2011 it has more than 9000 employee and yearly sales revenue is $2.5 billion.

Leadership and management Leadership in an organisation is very tough job, it is merely not an job but an task to solve the problem, to set the example to the employee or followers as well motivating the people to achieve goals and objective of the organisation. Will power:-This is the personal competence of the leaders, as it come from inside. Sometimes in difficult situation or when making decision the leaders should have will power to take action at difficult situation.
Knowledge:- The leaders should have the knowledge about the external as well internal environment of the organization. It is very necessary that leader should have knowledge about the future planning of the organization. In WL gore the leaders should have knowledge regarding all future goals and objectives of the organization.
