How did the results of the Career Interest Profiler and Career Plan Building Activity on Competencies contribute to your professional goal development? My career goal has not changed after I did the activity. The results of my career interest profiler told me what I had already known all my life. My profiler results and career plan goes right along with what I’m currently doing in my field of work. It just helped me to see I’m on the right track of earning my business degree.
2. Describe how you will balance academic expectations and your personal and professional responsibilities. In order to have balance I have to recognize what is important and what is just sucking away my time, energy and attention. Set clear personal and professional goals and simplify my life to include only what is important in helping me reach my goals. Finding the perfect work-life balance is a lifelong journey. One academic goal I have created using the SMART is getting my degree in business management, the reason is this goal has a lot to do with my professional goal.
