b. The football team handles conflict by becoming angry and taking things personal instead of resolving their issues amongst each other in a civilized manner. Their conflict deprive from different personalities, expectations, ideas, and attitudes that clash because they are just meeting. Overtime as the team reaches the norming and performing stages they become more cohesive. The group starts to become more honest with one another, and include of one another in the game of football. The team member’s also start to bond with one another and start to openly joke with one another. The team also begins to hold each other accountable. The group starts establishing roles within their team. The team is more unified.
d. The team is brought together after Julius and Gerry have a moment of honesty with one another about the personal bias that blocks their team mates from performing as one unit. The honesty causes Gerry to speak up as team captain to encourage cohesiveness and holding each player accountable. Another moment that brings the team together is when Rev is hurt when their playing the championship game. They have to substitute another player and the team is encouraging of their fellow teammate, as well as striving harder because their fellow team mate is hurt.
